- 소셜미디어를 통한 구전 경로 연구 : 모바일 방문비중의 조절효과를 중심으로 -
온라인 콘텐츠 확산을 통한 판매기회 확보는 기업들에게 중요한 마케팅 전략이 되고 있다. 또한 소비 자의 온라인 접속환경이 PC에서 모바일로 전환되면서 소셜미디어의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 온라인 구전 선행연구는 온라인 구전과 전통적 미디어 활동의 효과에 관해서는 다수의 연구가 보고되 었으나, PC환경과 모바일 환경의 차이를 다룬 연구는 미미한 편이다. 이러한 배경 하에서 본 연구는 소 셜미디어 구전량과 전통적 미디어 활동량이 어떠한 경로를 통해 브랜드 사이트 유입량을 증가시키는지 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 IT스타트업의 월간 데이터 432개를 수집하여 경로분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 소셜미디어 구전량은 전통적 미디어 활동량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 소 셜미디어 구전량과 전통적 미디어 활동량은 모두 브랜드 검색량을 매개하여 브랜드 사이트 유입량에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 브랜드 사이트의 모바일 비율이 높을수록 구전 경로의 영향력이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 모바일 환경의 소셜미디어 구전전략에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
An eWOM Channel through Social Media : The Moderating Effect of Mobile Visiting
Increasing sales opportunities by spreading online content is becoming an important marketing strategy for companies. In addition, the importance of social media has increased as consumers' online access environment has shifted from PC to mobile. There are many researches on the effect of eWOM and traditional media activities on firm performance. However, there are few studies on the difference between PC environment and mobile environment. Based on this background, this study analyzed the paths in which the volume of social media eWOM and existing media activities increase brand site inflow. For the analysis, 432 monthly data of IT start-ups were collected and analyzed using path analysis method. As a result, the volume of social media eWOM has a positive effect on the volume of traditional media activity, and the volume of social media eWOM and traditional media activity have a positive effect on the inflow of brand site through mediation of brand search volume. In addition, the higher the mobile inflow rate of the brand site, the stronger the influence of eWOM. Based on these results, we suggested implications for social media eWOM strategies in mobile environment.
